Chris Pine the young James T Kirk

Yet another prequel film is in the making, this time for star-trek. Cant say i was fan of the original series, and certainly not of william shatner.. but the director J. J. Abrams was behind Lost (my fav tv show) so i have high hopes.
They certainly have picked a rather eye-catching actor by the name of Chris Pine to play the young Kirk. Doing a bit of googling he's actually played a gay character is a lame tv movie called surrender dorothy
